Our 1 night stay (Sunday to Monday) was terrific. We had a great time in the water park both day. My 5 and 8 year olds loved the magic quest and worked on it 3 different times through our stay. Room was spacious and clean. The kids can't wait to go back.
We had a quite a journey trying to get there and when we told the staff what happened they made our stay worth our while by allowing us to check out late and helping us save money. The cleaning staff were so sweet and patient. Our house keeper gave us hugs every day she was so nice. There are plenty of free activities to do and even though it costs an arm and a leg to stay there once you get there everything is pretty cheap.
Spent two days here. The rooms were very big and comfortable. The bed wasn't to my liking but all my kids slept well. They have a microwave and small fridge which can help with cutting down cost if you bring your own snacks and food. The park itself was great. Once inside you can smell the chlorine and a few times the water that got in our eyes burned a little, but that's the price for a bacteria free environment. I did see workers checking the PH levels and I was most impressed with the training of the lifeguards. They paced the area they were covering feverishly and would scan the water repeatedly. I would highly recommend it.
Love the water park. This place is so much fun for the family. They have so much to do bowling, magic quest, water park and more. The food is great as well but in my opinion way over priced. I would have given 5 stars but the one thing I noticed that was lacking was our room. The room was a kids cabin which was great for the kids everyone had their own place to sleep. Now let me get back to what was lacking, the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall the bathroom floors and everything else was clean but I happened to look up and noticed quite a bit of mildew on the ceiling. The bathroom fan was also smashed in on one side. For the price that we pay for these rooms I would hope that they have a little more attention to detail.
Great for kids and adults alike! Water park included in hotel stay and lots of other activities with a cost. Or go to crossings outlet 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend book 60+ days in advance during school week for a great experience!
